The Divine Mercy Hospitality and Rehabilitation Centre (DMHRC) is the brainchild of Fr. Innocent Buregyeya Young, a Catholic Priest of Kabale Diocese in South Western Uganda.    This Centre is an answer to the need for support of the large number of suffering Orphans and Vulnerable children that are caused by child neglect, orphan hood, domestic violence, unemployment, poverty, family disintegration and lack of education.

The DMHRC currently runs several activities aimed at supporting street children in Kabale Town. They include: a Youth Soup Kitchen, Soccer events, and a Welcome Centre to provide emergency assistance to the children.
