The success of the current initiatives (especially the Youth Soup Kitchen and the Sports Events) has convinced us of the potential for expanding the support program to street children in the Kabale and Rubanda Districts.

 

For this reason, our volunteers have developed a number of new initiatives, and we have incorporated them into the design of the new 'DMHRC Centre' which will be located in Kabale Town.

This new DMHRC site is expected to include a Technical School for up to 150 students, Sports Facilities, a small First-Aid Centre, and 2 micro-enterprises to help the students' transition to work life.   

We have recently completed the acquisition of the land where the new DMHRC will be located. Volunteer architects from Italy have also prepared the Architectural Plan presented below
